To acquire our great tasting fish and chips, we only use the very best and freshly served haddock. We use frozen at sea cod which freezes perfectly, whereas when haddock has been frozen it becomes chewy and rubbery. Andy's will never lower it's standards to using frozen haddock, so you can be rest assured that you're always going to be served a fresh, tasty meal.
To ensure that your food is delivered hot. we use electrically heated hot bags.
